DAY 01 Airport – Galle<\/strong> After check-in at the hotel, there will be ample time to relax and freshen up prior to evening visit to the city of Galle featuring the UNESCO World Heritage site \u00c3\u00a2\u00e2\u201a\u00ac\u00e2\u20ac\u0153 The Dutch Fort.<\/strong><\/p>\n Overnight stay will be in Galle.<\/p>\n DAY 02 Galle – Rumassala – Sinharaja<\/p>\n After an early breakfast, visit the Rumassala Sanctuary in Unawatuna.<\/strong><\/p>\n The epic Ramayanaya, at the bidding of King Rama to find certain herbs endemic to Himalayas for treating his abducted wife Seetha\u00c3\u00a2\u00e2\u201a\u00ac\u00e2\u201e\u00a2s wound, his obedient servant Hanuman who unable to locate the required herbs in his mortal haste, had carried from India to Sri Lanka a part of the gigantic Himalayas mountain where the said herbs grew right on his shoulder, and that he\u00c3\u00a2\u00e2\u201a\u00ac\u00e2\u201e\u00a2d accidentally dropped a part of it near Galle on the Southern coast, which is known to us today as the Rumassala mountain.<\/p>\n Thereafter proceed to Sinharaja<\/strong>. Alongside the lake is a natural swimming pool.<\/p>\n On completion transferred to Negombo.
